Molecular Sieve 3A

[APPLICABLE TEMPERATURE]: The temperature should be above 350~600 Celsius Degrees for 6hrs to reactivate, then cool down by air until it reach room temp. It is best to activate only once, otherwise the effect will be worse and worse;

[WIDE APPLICATION]: It is used in drying process of industrial gas and gas purification of air separation unit; dehydration and desulfurization of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, liquid paraffin (propane, butane) (removal of H2S and mercaptan), drying and purification of ammonia synthesis gas, desulfurization of aerosol propellant deodorant.

[REGENERATION]: Molecular sieve Type 4A can be regenerated and reused as per the needs. For regeneration process, it requires the removal of adsorbed moisture, water and other provisions at a hot temperature of 250 to 450 degrees. This temperature depends on when reached in the purge. To avoid any kind of accidental moisture adsorption, such molecular sieves are required to keep in an airtight container before using it. The adsorbed species include argon, SO2, CO2, carbon monoxide, C2H4, C3H6, C2H4, CH3CN2, CS2, CH3Br.

[HIGH PERFORMANCE]: Molecular Sieve is a highly selective adsorbent designed for the elimination of trace contaminants from air and other gases. It can also be used for the desulphurization (sweetening) of natural gas and other fluids, especially for the removal of mercaptanes, and for drying of gases and liquids;

[LONG SERVICE LIFE]: High carbon dioxide adsorption capacity and low regeneration temperature ensure long service life of the product;

[REGENERATION]: A saturated molecular sieve can be restored to its original capacity by regeneration, The sieve may be regenerated in one of four ways: Thermal reactivation –The maximum regeneration temperature for Silica is 300°C. Pressure reactivation. Passing an appropriate fluid through the gel bed at normal temperature and pressure. Displacement of adsorbates by passing a high concentration of molecules in a fluid through the bed.

[WIDE APPLICATION]: Molecular sieves, 13X/10A may be used for commercial gas drying, air plant-feed purification (simultaneous water and carbon dioxide removal) and liquid hydrocarbon/natural gas sweetening (hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan removal).

Molecular sievesmay be used as a sorbent during the voltammetric adsorption studies of pure CO2, N2 and H2 (temperature= 25°C and pressure = 300psi). They are widely employed as an adsorbent in adsorption studies.
